Sean was the most helpful and understanding person that I had the pleasure of working with to buy my first home. He took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and where exactly I was looking to find a home. He sent me tons of houses/townhomes and condos and was extremely flexible to help me go see any of the ones I was interested. He would send me homes throughout the day and then would check with me to see if any were what i was looking for. He also explained every step along the way from how an open house works, putting in the offer, and even went out of his way to help me with the HOA for the place I ended up purchasing. He was quick to respond to every text or phone call no matter the time. Working with Alex was an absolute dream! My husband & I were very apprehensive starting the home buying experience in this market. Alex was there for us with answers to our endless amount of questions as first time buyers. He was patient and very responsive, sometimes getting us viewings within an hour of receiving a text about a property we were interested in! He gave insightful recommendations when looking at properties as he flips houses himself and truly understands homes. When we found out that our mortgage company was possibly overcharging our interest rate, he recommended to go local and we found a great lender in our area that ended up saving us over 1% on our interest rate, adding thousands to our buying power!
