He was Exellent!

Patrick was a great real estate agent for us! My husband and I were looking for a house for months & Patrick never failed to send us what was out of the market everyday that met our needs, expectations and wants. Patrick is very flexible when it comes to scheduling showings and will let you know what he thinks will work best. He always had great communication skills even when he was on vacation, he never stopped doing what he loved and kept us informed with new listings every morning! We would use Patrick again for any of our real estate needs in the future!

Turstworthy Expertise

My wife and I first worked with Brian Deyoung to find out first house. Even then we knew that Brian was honest and interested in helping us find exactly what we wanted. Since then he has helped us to sell two different houses, and in both experiences we've relied on his experience and expertise. For both home sales we were not only able to sell our homes for more than our asking price, but we did so quickly. The houses we've purchased or sold have not been exceptional homes. In the latest case, we were selling a 100 year old farmhouse. If we didn't have an agent like Brian, I doubt we would have been able to sell as quickly as we have. While we are hoping to remain in our current home for a long time, we will be happy to have Brian as our realtor at any time in the future if needed, and we would recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.

You will not find better than Brian!

We have worked with Brian since our first house. Since then he has helped us buy once and sell twice. Each time he has exceeded all of our expectations. We will never work with another agent. He's not only knowledgeable of the market but has amazing insight in what will work for his buyers/sellers. Experience speaks and Brian has just that! Personable, responsive, and extremely pleasant to work with. He was able to answer all questions we had and if he doesn't know he finds the answers in a timely manner. Communication is important to Brian and it shows with every email, text, and call he makes. We were never left wondering or worried during the entire process of selling our home. His estimations were spot on. If any issues arrose he wasted no time finding a solution before even presenting the problem. His market experience in unmatched. You cannot go wrong working with him!
