My husband and I were looking for a house for months & Patrick never failed to send us what was out of the market everyday that met our needs, expectations and wants. Patrick is very flexible when it comes to scheduling showings and will let you know what he thinks will work best. He always had great communication skills even when he was on vacation, he never stopped doing what he loved and kept us informed with new listings every morning! My wife and I first worked with Brian Deyoung to find out first house. Even then we knew that Brian was honest and interested in helping us find exactly what we wanted. Since then he has helped us to sell two different houses, and in both experiences we've relied on his experience and expertise. For both home sales we were not only able to sell our homes for more than our asking price, but we did so quickly. The houses we've purchased or sold have not been exceptional homes. In the latest case, we were selling a 100 year old farmhouse. If we didn't have an agent like Brian, I doubt we would have been able to sell as quickly as we have.
