Im was blessed to find charles, as my agent, with today so many people jumping into the market, just trying to make a $, but it wasn't like that for Charles, he took his time, and listened to us , to understand us on were i needed to be on the sale.. He gave 200% of his time, his knowledge, his experience with the market his understanding of our situation of what we were going thru.. its a big step in life and its great to have someone there to listen, and do whats needed to get u over that step.. i didnt have to worry, he explained every step of the way, so if i didnt understand something he was right there explaining and best of all, giving us other options how we can go about the situation..he was there every step of the way.. if u want someone to do there homework, to give it all, to guide you, to explain to you, to understand you, to be there for you, definitely choose Charles laird for your agent.. Absolutely wonderful experience. Julie was on top of everything and very diligent. someone you really need especially as I am not in state and really depended on Julie to take the reigns on all matters.
