Very Knowledgable and Easy To Work With
I felt like Charles and I worked very well together. He was very easy to work with and there was zero stress involved on my end during my house hunt. He was always available and met all of the deadlines to a tee. I felt like he always had my best interest in mind and never pushed me to do anything I didn't want. His recommendations for what to look for and not look for was very helpful and made me feel more comfortable in knowing I wasn't going to get into a home that wasn't for me. His knowledge alone is worth choosing him. Paperwork, inspections, sewer scopes, loans, MSHDA, etc...he was on top of and always pointed me in the right direction. He went above and beyond for me. Even more so then what I expected. I wouldn't change a thing about my experience with him. If someone asked me for a realtor, I would 100% give them his business card. Thank you Charles.

She’s the best!
Julie went with me every step of the way during the selling of my former home (3 days on the market and over asking price!!) and then listened to my wants and found my perfect home, that I am living in now! She is a superstar in my eyes.

Julie was so great to work with! We had a short time frame to find a home and she was flexible with her schedule to get us to all of the homes that we wanted to see. She supported us through the whole process and made sure that things were running smoothly. We would definitely work with her again!

Julie was fantastic in supporting all my needs
Julie was very good at finding condos that fit my specific requirements. She was excellent at selecting, contracting, and managing workers for necessary work, conferred and implemented my directions and budget while I was attending to a failing husband, helped me with all the "paper work" each step of the way, smoothed the way with a difficult buyer, and in general was an excellent professional. It has led to a continuing friendship.

Served as our Realtor on a property sale and purchase
Charles is absolutely GREAT! to work with it. He handled two transactions for us – e.g., the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home and he did so flawlessly. My wife and I wanted a Realtor who was trustworthy, sincere, empathetic, and had a very strong work ethic. Charles has all 4-character traits. It was also important that we had a REALTOR who would be attentive to our needs and concerns and Charles delivered there as well. He was very supportive, patient and responsive throughout the process and that relieved us of a lot of anxiety on our end. As to his market knowledge it was very impressive. Charles is well versed on the real estate industry as a whole and has intimate knowledge of the regions he operates within. That was readily apparent both in his communication and his handling of the sale/buy transactions. Charles’s marketing strategy proved exact with regard to determining comparable value and appropriate listing price. A solid professional reputation, good moral character, service-oriented and a wealth of knowledge, everything you should have in a Realtor. We were fortunate to have had him as our Realtor.
