Rented my home through Ray and his team and always felt like my home was in very trustworthy hands, which is a definite plus living thousands of miles away. Any issue, always professionally dealt with asap, no problems with Ray or the team ever, and that was over a decade of rental management. David was honest and extremely helpful in preparing my home for sale. The sale went quickly with the first person who viewed the home purchasing it. In retrospect, I wish we had negotiated a little more so I could have reached the goal of what I wanted to walk away with. I missed my goal by $2000 and the house appraised for $3000 more than it was sold. I am still pleased with the outcome and very pleased with David Thomas. I would use him again if I were still living in Orlando, FL.
