From the get go Ray become more like a friend than anything else. Always on top of any issue we had with the house or just to say hello and talk about other things. He will do whatever he says he will do. He has plenty knowledge and years of experience. We leased our house from him 4 years ago and we have just purchased the same house a week ago. From the lease management to the sale we could not have ask for any body better than Ray. He will take the time to explain and help you understand any questions you may have. Ray appears to have all the basic requirements one would look for in a realtor, motivated and energetic with viewing, experienced enough to be able to provide good advice regarding offers and counter offers, and works easily within the digital world we now live in to smooth the ride to closure. The sale was executed in a reasonable period of time, particularly considering the disruption caused by the prevailing pandemic, and I cannot see any advantage that would have been gained by using a much higher cost ' traditional ' agent.
