Without any reservation, I would rate David with 5 stars. From the start of the entire sales process, when I called him for an initial interview, to the close of escrow, things went smoothly. David coordinated resources to clear out the property (which was a very big task), answered calls promptly (even on a holiday weekend), kept me informed of the status of each of the major steps in the process, and provided in-home notary service to make the signing of escrow papers very convenient. Throughout my work with him, he was both professional and easy to work with. David was highly recommended to me as someone who was experienced with working with trust sales, and that recommendation proved to be very accurate.

David is an excellent agent who embodies the required skillset we needed to represent us in the purchase of our new home. He was organized, detailed and used our time efficiently to research and show properties. He knows his market well and stays on top of industry trends. David has a calm, friendly demeanor, a much needed asset for us in a time of extended stress and anxiety. He used all his resources when our own were inadequate, i.e. a new lender, home inspector, termite, a last minute home insurance policy etc etc. David came armed with every needed tool and resource, never forgot to follow up on a detail, and then some. In addition, he invested in our friendship and trust by originally helping us find a rental at no benefit to him other than maybe to become a future buyer, but he had no guarantees. So for two years he added great value to our relationship by keeping in touch, emailing helpful tips and sending letters & cards. He runs an excellent business practice and it’s no surprise why he’s so successful. I met Tony Warfield when he had the house on our corner, I called him about a water pipe that burst and the rest is History, I put my house on the market and 7 days he had 7 offers the first buyer Backed out I was Freaking out Tony calmed me down and went to the next buyer that was a Backed out too. We had the pleasure of working with David Donnini when we decided to purchase a house in the Los Angeles area. Throughout the process whether it was previewing listings, writing an offer, going through the inspection phase, escrow, and even after closing escrow, David was professional, hard working, responsive, friendly and all around great to work with. We lived out of town and he helped to coordinate all of the inspections and met the inspectors at the property on our behalf and send photos and updates throughout the inspections which was very helpful. We had some very difficult hurdles to overcome while we were in escrow dealing with an unreasonable seller and a very uncooperative and unresponsive listing agent. David had to complete much of the work of the listing agent to get the escrow closed including arranging cleanup that should have been handled by the seller and listing agent prior to closing. I am retired with over 30 years working in the Real Estate and Mortgage business. My husband and I decided to move from a four story townhouse to a much more practical one story condo. At first I had been looking at the homes in the Torrance area. But soon found out, like many on the market to purchase a home there had been many offers competing for the same property. When we found our Condo, we were the first to see it. Tony immediately wrote an offer for us, it was accepted and we moved in less than 30 days. Once we moved we cleaned up our place and again Tony took care of all the details. We had three offers on the first day on market. We accepted one and again closed within the 30 day contract. During this two month transition Tony Warfield took care of escrow, inspections, title companies and us. We were very pleased with how competent and efficient Tony took care of all those little details. We were able to concentrate on cleaning, packing, getting rid of 30+ years of stuff we collected. We are very happy with our choices of using Tony, and making the move at this time in our lives. Some people at our age wouldn't even think of making this move. Tony made it easy for us.
