Tony Warfield was referred to me by my brother who has known Tony for a long time. He helped me sell my house very fast. This was the first time I had sold a house and Tony helped me out a lot from start to finish. He walked me through all the paperwork and process. I am retired with over 30 years working in the Real Estate and Mortgage business. My husband and I decided to move from a four story townhouse to a much more practical one story condo. At first I had been looking at the homes in the Torrance area. But soon found out, like many on the market to purchase a home there had been many offers competing for the same property.
