Neetu listed our home, set up 30 plus appointments with brokers/potential buyers and immediately had 17 offers after two days of showing the home. She led us through all of the options and geared us towards the best possible outcome every step of the way. This process can be extremely daunting and overwhelming at best for first time sellers especially. Neetu took hold of the reins and took care of everything. I just cannot say enough about how wonderful of an experience Neetu made this for us despite at times not being very clear on the process, she patiently guided us through each and every obstacle or question we may have had. David Donnini is a pro. He guided me in establishing the right price to sell and went above and beyond to make sure that everything (including things not usually expected from a realtor) was done properly. He followed up tenaciously to keep communications with the buyer and their lender progressing and helped me avoid snags with the city an pest control company, and kept me up to speed every step of the way. He even recommended reliable and fair contractors to get the place in top shape. I recommend David 11 out of 10. He is worth twice what he earns.

David’s experience and knowledge was very comforting, especially as an inexperienced home seller. My uncle designated me as the 1st trustee for five family members. I was anxious because I wanted everyone to feel that my decisions were made in the best interest for all in the trust. David patiently explained everything. I have never bought or sold a house before so I didn't know what to expect or what to do. David made it easy and less stressful as he guided me every step of the way. He advised me on what I could do to make the place more appealing and get a better price from interested buyers. He provided names of people he had worked with to paint the house interior, install new carpeting and flooring, replace all the bathroom fixtures (faucets, shower & toilets). I was very happy with his suggestions and they all were very pleasant to work with. David's knowledge of the documents made it easier when signing. He really knows his stuff and I throughly enjoyed working with him. Always professional and courteous. Returned my calls and kept me updated on what was next. I will definitely refer him to anyone who is looking for a realtor. He was awesome.

David was as good of an agent as we could have hoped for. Being first time home buyers, we had many questions and hesitations throughout the process, all of which were addressed honestly and respectfully in a timely manner.
