About Krista

Born and raised in Worthington, Ohio, I graduated in 1986 and began my career in banking before transitioning into lending in 1993. While earning my associate degree in Real Estate and my bachelor’s degree in Finance from Franklin University, I worked as a loan processor, eventually moving into a loan officer role for a home builder from 1999 to 2009. In 2010, I helped my husband open and grow a cabinet company that we still run today, an experience that strengthened my understanding of homes, construction, and what families really need in a space. In February 2021, I earned my real estate license and discovered my passion for helping people buy and sell homes. Since then, I’ve successfully closed more than 45 transactions, combining my decades of lending expertise, finance knowledge, and construction background to guide clients with clarity and confidence. Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mom of two grown children, two step-sons, and three grandchildren. I’m a lifelong dog lover, and when I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me at SPENGA, my favorite place to recharge with cycling, strength, and yoga. Rooted in Ohio my entire life, I’m committed to serving my community with honesty, hard work, and a genuine love for helping people find the place they call home.

like a best friend that always has your back

Krista is amazing, she helped me so much, we have looked at a lot of condos, but this one stood out to me. There were many times I doubted my decision, I still do, whenever I was having an emotional upheaval, she was the calm in my storm. Krista was always on my side, and I cherish her like a friend. Awesome realtor that goes above and beyond!

We started working with Krista a year ago, when moving to Ohio was just an idea. She was never pushy and always available to help us look at houses in many areas to help us narrow it down. When the move became a reality and we were ready to start making offers, she was ready to go. She looked at many houses for us and with us when we were able to be in town. She walked us through every step, supporting us when we needed guidance on offers and contracts. After being outbid twice in a tight market, she helped us get our dream project home and close in just a short time. She’s continued to be a resource after closing, helping us navigate next steps with work on our house and finally making the move. We have loved working with Krista and cannot recommend her enough!
