Wonderful Experience!
We first met Shawna in the summer of 2020, she showed us a few homes in the Apollo Beach area. We then came back to Florida in 2021 and she showed us several other homes. We finally moved to Florida in August of 2022, since then she showed us many more homes. Shawna was always professional. She was also extremely patient with us! She took her time with us and never pressured us to purchase a home. When we finally found our dream house, she helped us through every step of the process. We are very happy with Shawna and the service that she provided us with.

Awesome experience - knows her stuff!
Amazing experience start to finish. Shawna is an expert in the Apollo Beach market. I so enjoyed her approached compared to others I have worked with in the past. She always maintained an objective approach - adding her insight and knowledge, but allowing me to make the final decisions. She has a soft sell approach and is an excellent closer - going to bat for her clients especially in the negotiating of the contract phase. I would recommend her to anyone......she is one of the best I have used!

Superb agent who cares about her clients!

Shawna was not only able to find us a great waterfront home before it was listed
Shawna was not only able to find us a great waterfront home before it was listed. We were very happy with the purchase but we found one with a better view for $150k more, so she helped us find an ideal tenant immediately so we could move into our dream home. She has been super helpful after the sale. She has a wealth of knowledge for local contractors for everything from sprinkler repair to building a dock and pool. Excellent service!

An absolute amazing experience!
We could not ask for a better Realtor. From the beginning to end, constant communication, expectations and honesty! My wife and I are out of state on Active duty orders and Monica truly made the experience easy and as smooth as possible. She always went out her way to make sure the home was handled on our behalf without hesitation. Every expectation was exceeded and we will absolutely be recommending her to everyone we know back in Florida.
