From the first phone to closing on our new house, Louann was really on top of her game. She was a wealth of information from the area, to the property, to the builder and his staff, LouAnn had the answers and if she didn't she got them for us pretty much right away. At one point I thought I was being a pain but at no point did LouAnn ever make me feel like that. We had some laughs along the way which made the whole process so enjoyable. My husband and i didnt have a tremendous amount of money to spend on a house . Lou Ann was so good finding houses in our price range. We 'kissed a lot of frogs' untill we found the right one. Lou Ann was patient and so helpfull with all the paper work we had to get through. Not being camputer savvy was a challenge for us but Lou Ann helped us very patiently. She is very knowledgeable in the Real Estate business and displayed a high quality of professionalism. Communication level between her and I was always positive. She displayed patience in dealing with other asshole agents who were very rude and supplied no answers to her questions about certain properties.
