Was a long road but full of beautiful new memories. Our realtor had such a fun out going spirit. Although the builder messed up a lot and we found out more after moving in would recommend her to others. Beware of the builders and the fact they rush things.

I had been to florida before looking for a house but i was not having any luck with real estate agents in general. However, that changed when I found LouAnn Papp while we were in Ocala looking in On Top of the World. LouAnn is very knowledgeable on the area and on real estate. we looked at several houses and she was a constant resource for us. We eventually found a house we really liked but we had trouble dealing with the seller. LouAnn searched and found the same floor plan in another neighborhood. She took this initiative and in the end she saved us $30,000. in reality it was more savings because this house was ready to move in where as the first one needed some work. I can recommend LouAnn 100% with zero reservations. I was lucky to find her!
