I never write reviews, but had to make an exception. LouAnn is the best Agent I have ever worked with. My transaction started with a simple inquiry and LouAnn responded. She is firstly extremely pleasant and I felt represented and heard. I was very impressed with how she conducted my transaction. The knowledge and experiences she brought to the transaction shows she was vested from day one. LouAnn was very thorough in every aspect of the transaction. She gets timely answers and I was always kept updated with the status of the transaction, which is extremely important. If she is not quite sure, she always seek out the answer. In my 37 years of interior design and working with clients buying and selling homes, never have I experienced a realtor with such understanding of our needs and the compassion to go above and beyond to find our home. We downsized (a lot) but this did not deter LouAnn from doing any less than she would for a higher end client. Gracious from our first meeting to the closing.
