Overview

Undoubtedly one of the most impressive oceanfront estates in Ponte Vedra Beach with sidewalks to the beach clubs, this iconic property spans 200 feet along the Atlantic and extends approximately 430+ feet in depth, offering incredible privacy with a gated entrance and fenced perimeter. Surrounded by lush landscaping, this luxury retreat features two beautiful pools—one oceanside for panoramic views and another at the front for breezier days—along with a private tennis court. This estate includes a main residence and a guest house, seamlessly connected by a sunlit gallery. The layout is great for hosting, with plenty of space for guests. The property also has a four-car garage and an expansive parking area, perfect for entertaining (the fourth garage bay is currently finished as a caretaker's suite with a private bath). Inside the main home, the first floor offers 2 guest suites, a spacious kitchen, a dining room, and a bright oceanfront living space. Upstairs, you'll find 3... additional bedrooms, including the oceanfront primary suite, a second living room with amazing views, and a charming third-floor "princess perch" with a unique vantage point. The guest house is fabulous, featuring 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, a generous living area, and a game room. With numerous extraordinary details, this estate is a rare offering in one of Ponte Vedra Beach's most coveted locations.
