I had an excellent experience working with Penny Moran on the purchase of a 1.5‑acre lot on Neck Road several months ago. From start to finish, Penny’s communication, work ethic, and knowledge were outstanding. The transaction became more complicated than expected when we discovered that the lot we were purchasing had not yet been assigned its own parcel number, as it was originally part of a larger five‑acre tract. This created issues with the lender and could have easily delayed or jeopardized the closing. Penny handled the situation flawlessly. She took the initiative to connect us with a new lender who was able to work within the constraints of the situation, and she personally went to the city to coordinate with the appropriate departments to have the parcel number issue resolved as quickly as possible. Thanks to Penny’s persistence and hands‑on approach, the matter was addressed and completed in time for the sale to move forward without disruption.
