Lissa Slade is truly our forever realtor! Over the past 6 years we’ve purchased two homes with her, sold one, and purchased a boat dock, and she has been amazing and knowledgeable with each transaction. She’s a go-getter, always on top of her game and has incredible resources and business partners, and genuinely has our best interests at heart. She’s so much more than our realtor, she’s a dear friend, and we’re so incredibly grateful for her and her expertise. Lissa is a very thorough professional with a ton of knowledge and local contacts that can help facilitate a transaction. Being from out of town, Lissa arranged for many different vendors to visit the home in our absence, from inspectors and electricians to handymen and movers. We could not and would not have felt comfortable purchasing a home in Ponte Vedra Beach without her help.

Lissa constantly kept me apprised of market conditions, activity within my price range and advised on actions that would enhance my home’s marketability. My personal design choices did not appeal to many buyers. She overcame that by creating a look book demonstrating its potential with some changes to the color scheme and decor. Ultimately, we were able to obtain my desired price despite being owner occupied, having multiple pets and the current buyers market conditions. She personally oversaw all showings and provided me with useful feedback. I think her knowledge of both the area and my particular neighborhood was a great asset in the sale process. Lissa is a real go-getter and I am very happy that I chose her as my agent!
