Lissa constantly kept me apprised of market conditions, activity within my price range and advised on actions that would enhance my home’s marketability. My personal design choices did not appeal to many buyers. She overcame that by creating a look book demonstrating its potential with some changes to the color scheme and decor. Ultimately, we were able to obtain my desired price despite being owner occupied, having multiple pets and the current buyers market conditions. She personally oversaw all showings and provided me with useful feedback. I think her knowledge of both the area and my particular neighborhood was a great asset in the sale process. Lissa is a real go-getter and I am very happy that I chose her as my agent!

I promise you...even though I am Lissa's BFF, I am writing this review with sincere honesty. There was not a second in this whole, crazy, unsure housing market, that I was not confident in Lissa's ability to sell my oceanfront condo. Lissa rode the waves like a pro and kept me at ease through it all. I couldn't believe all the 'extras' she brought to her sales strategy that I knew others, who were also trying to sell in my building, were not getting...a lot of personal time in showing all the interested parties, open houses for other realtors with snacks, making sure she knew all about my condominium so she was confident in answering any questions interested parties may ask and all the incredible marketing material needed to represent how beautiful my unit was...which is why I was able to get an offer that reflected the value of my condo and the cabana. Lisa is a rare gem who shines when she does what she loves to do. So grateful for her and her team.
