Stage your meals on the dry bar at the back door while you cook on the gas grill, then serve on the lanai or the high-top table near the pool at sunset. Prepare your meals in the kitchen, upgraded with solid surface counter tops, electric cook-top, built-in double ovens and an almost new refrigerator. Plan to do a lot of entertaining. The Primary Suite is my favorite room because of the wall of windows and doors that overlook the back lanai. It is spacious enough for a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands and still accommodates an large dresser on one side and an easy chair too. There is a walk in closet and en-suite bath with a bidet toilet lid.
By-the-way, except for staging items, most of the furnishings you see are included. The piano and 2 large cabinets by the TV have been donated. Bedroom 2 is a guest room. Bedroom 3 does double duty as office with a daybed. These 2 rooms flank the guest bath.
NOTE: 48 Owned PV panels were installed in 2014. The hot water heater is solar. The AC system was replaced about 3 years ago. Around the time a new variable speed pool pump was installed.
