After making the decision to move from the mainland; Colorado to be exact. We 100% lucked out finding Kevin. It was a shot in the dark and a needle in the haystack as to who you pick to help you and represent you in the purchase of your new home, when coming from so far away. n nWith purchasing in Hawaii so much different that purchasing in Colorado, it was a pleasure to work with such a patient and knowledgeable Agent; while learning, picking a property, signing paperwork, through the escrow process, to the closing and handing us the keys, Kevin made every step of the process easy and helped us understand what was going on throughout the entire process. n nOur criteria from our home was so specific and the list was a mile long.
