Melisa Hatfield is an absolute rock star!

I cannot recommend Melisa Hatfield highly enough! Since I was out of state for the entire process, she truly handled everything from start to finish. From coordinating cleaners and photographers, managing the junk removal, and even emptying the refrigerator, to setting up a remote closing with the title company, Melisa did it all. Her communication was excellent, keeping me updated on inspections, HOA details, and utility transfers every step of the way. If you need an agent who will go above and beyond, Melisa is the one!
