My wife and I began looking for our first house in the fall of last year, and Eric ended up being with us from the very beginning. I remember one weekend when he dedicated an entire Saturday to showing us a string of houses in different towns, and then sat and talked with us for quite some time afterwards about what we thought and what our impressions were. He never looked at his watch, checked his phone, or made us feel like a burden in any way. He was never pushy, he was always patient, and he always responded to phone calls or texts. Buying a house can be hectic (especially the first time through), and he was always ready to answer our many questions.
