This was our second opportunity to work with Kris, and we would never want to work with anyone else. She is so knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to her buyers needs and wants. We had specific needs, and she helped us find exactly what we were looking for in a hot market, and her negotiation skill even saved us some money in the final purchase. As an added bonus, she knows the area so well and can recommend services and contractors for any situation that might come up. Lastly, she’s great to spend time with and enjoys her work; she makes shopping for houses fun.

I would highly recomend Julane. We looked for homes when there were offers before we even had a chance to pull into the property. Julane worked our schedule. Not hers. She always made time when we had a house we wanted to look at. She helped us find our dream home this past summer 2016. Frustrating as it was. Julane also sold my home in 2014 .
