As a 78 yr old widow, in a home that was becoming increasingly difficult for me to manage, I knew I needed to find a new residence with no stairs, and a better layout for my aging body. For the last year I had been toying with the idea of looking for a new home. Giving up the home I had shared with my spouse over 35 years was a difficult decision, so I created a “wish list” of everything I wanted in my next home…no stairs, secure, easy access, excellent cultural activities nearby, and I would love to have a swimming pool so I could continue my balance exercises. Ann kept watch over listings in a 4 county area for me, and suddenly the perfect property came on the market. A 3 bedroom 2 bath condo on the 5TH floor with an elevator steps from my door, in the heart of Appleton. This is a very secure building, with heated underground parking AND AN INDOOR SWI’MMING POOL! I could not be happier. Ann took My dream and helped make it a reality. She did it with empathy and sensitivity too. Ann Wirtz walked me through each step of the buying process with kindness and understanding. She helped me ask the tough questions and calculate all the possible needs I might have. Working with a Realtor like Ann, I felt secure in the decision I made to buy. Thank you Ann for all your help.
