I wasn't sure it would sell.

When my condo's Homeowners' Association fee climbed to an amount almost matching my mortgage payment, I realized it was time to sell and get out. But, because of the high HOA and other factors, I was very pessimistic about being able to sell it. Rich Kelley helped me to set a price that he thought would work. He spent a lot of time and held a lot of showings and his work paid off. We got an offer. It was less than I felt I needed, so Rich encouraged me to make a counter offer. We did. And the buyer accepted it! I'm now out of the condo and very satisfied with the amount it sold for. Big thanks to Rich and also his wife Patty, who helped in ways to give the condo more eye appeal for the showings!
