Wardell is one determined agent. I have never seen an agent conduct so many open houses in his determination to get our house sold. When a veteran bought our home and we knew there were some issues that needed to be fixed, he came to our house with his own skills and fixed some things for free on his own time. That alone tells you he’s a cut above the rest. His other excellent asset is that he answers the phone when you call him. He responds to texts in a timely manner. Those three things alone puts him heads and shoulders above most agents. Our experience in trying to purchase a home was during a very volatile time where there were six buyers to each seller. Wardell took us to see nearly 50 houses over a 5 month period without complaining or making us feel bad. We made offers on eight different houses and lost all of them. A frustration for all of us to say the least. Wardell continued to smile and treat us with kindness. He was humble enough to let us know when he needed help and wanted his team to help with double checking items before submitting offers. After all his hard work and helping us find a house, we ended up buying some land.
