Excellent communication with us throughout via text, email and phone calls. Also stayed in touch with lenders, title companies and the seller's agent to assist us. During the final walk through a couple of things were found that needed resolution and Dan had all of them resolved the next day. Excellent. We would highly recommend Dan and his team.

John was extremely communicative throughout the entire selling process. He is very knowledgable about the local market which helped to quickly get an offer after listing. Jourdan is a wonderful realtor. She was quick to respond to any questions I had throughout house searching, putting in an offer and any closing questions I had. She was very flexible with last minute changes. Without her and Dan’s great communication, we would not have gotten our house as it was only on the market for 3 days. Jourdan did a virtual showing and wrote an offer for the house we wanted very last minute. She also was very knowledgeable on any questions we had about the house or about any paperwork.
