Jackie was wonderful to work with. She has a ton of market knowledge, and was very informative throughout the sale of our home. Jackie has strong negotiation skills, and helped us make the right decisions. We could not have asked for a better experience for the sale of our home.

We had an outstanding experience working with Sam on the purchase our second home. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and helped us navigate the unique challenges of buying waterfront property. Her knowledge of the local market was invaluable throughout the process. The entire team at Northwoods Community Realty was responsive, professional, and willing to answer our questions, no matter how small. If you're looking to buy property in northern Wisconsin, we highly recommend working with them.

Cheyenne did a really good job with communication and sending us a available houses. She did a really good job with communication between the bank and us and following up on all the steps that needed to be taken and finding out what all our hold ups were.

They found our new home for us and it was exactly what we were looking for. In spite of exterior challenges, they made sure things got done on time for the closing and helped us relax during the process. We will use them to sell our old home because of how much we value their expertise.

Chris has excellent communication skills no matter day or night, always available. Chris helped us sell our log home and buy our new lake home. She is very informed and any questions we had she quickly responded. Would use her again and highly recommend her for selling or buying.

Chris was very helpful in assisting with questions during the process and was available and has a good insight about the area. She was also really helpful in putting us in contact with local contact that may be needed in the future. Thanks Chris!
