Leanne worked with me since last February till I bought my house in August showing me every listing she thought would work for me!! Finally in August we found it!!!

We first had Michelle come out to our house and give an appraisal. We weren’t ready to sell, but she was able to talk us into fixing a few things up and getting it on the market. We were very surprised at the appraisal she gave us. Higher than what we thought. ( we also had 2 offers in just one day and we took the offer that was the best. Sold for over what we were asking.) What a great feeling to know the hard work we put into getting the house ready to sell paid off. She’s been an agent for 20 years and I can see why she’s the best in the business, she sure knows her stuff. She was always very quick to respond to a text message and keeping us very well informed on every process we were going through on both buying and selling the two houses. We couldn’t be more happy to have worked with Michelle and her knowledge of real estate. I would highly recommend Michelle to all my friends and family.
