Charlie was amazing from the first day walking into a model home for inspiration to walking us though the process and finally the closing. Managing four kids under 9, we had visited “Charlie’s house” with multiple different pairings of our kiddos. Charlie leaned into all of our experiences and really made it fun for all of us. Charlie was able to answer some of the oddest questions we had with tact. Charlie seemed like he was always available for us even when we had late nights “just past 8pm” with questions. Purchasing a new home: We started looking for a new home without really know what we wanted. After seeing so many homes with her, we were able to prioritize our needs. Lisa helped us negotiate with the builder and informed us the process. We are very happy with the purchase.<br/><br/>Selling a home: Our previous house was listed with her. It was like a miracle sale! When we were working on painting the house, Lisa called us and said that we needed to get the house listed in a couple of days. She said she may have found a buyer. To make a long story short, the buyer accepted our counteroffer within a FEW days of the listing date. Although we were very fortunate, Lisa helped us get more than we expected and helped us sell the house in a very short time. <br/><br/>We highly recommend Lisa!!
