We just purchased our dream home and we can't say enough good things about the Goodwins! From spending long hours house hunting with us, to assisting with making our offer on our dream home, helping with negotiations, taking our late evening calls when we had questions or concerns, and advocating for us at every moment, we were so amazed with their dedication, responsiveness, and professionalism. We are so blessed that we chose them as our real estate agents and we would not hesitate to work with them again in the future. Thank you Zach and Angie! You guys rock!

Todd did an excellent job with communication of the process, what to expect, and throughout the entire selling experience. He was very knowledgeable about the market, what was realistic for us. Todd was able to negotiate with the sellers effectively and efficiently. Todd is a perfect balance of professionalism and being personable and down-to-earth. We appreciated his direct feedback and professional opinions as well as his recommendations.

Paula is a rock star! My wife and I have used Paula to help us buy two homes and sell one. As first time home buyers, the only real estate knowledge we had was from what we saw on HGTV. Paula guided us through the process with angelic patience and expert knowledge. Once our family outgrew our first home we called on Paula again (7 years later - she remembered us like no time had passed), this time the task was to sell. She did not disappoint, selling our house in under a week! Paula was able to extend her winning streak, and got us into our dream home! We recommended Paula to friends and they had the same experience, and we continue to recommend to anyone looking. Skip over those billboard bozos and go with a real pro, go with Paula!
