We sold our deceased mom's condo/manor home, as part of her estate, and me and my two sisters were all on the deed, with me as the executor. Tracy did a great job communicating with the 3 of us through texts, and emails, and she was always available when we called with questions and/or information. She also did a great job coordinating everything, which can be difficult when working with 3 different people and ther spouses. We had some hurdles with the association like getting the correct paperwork and getting them to straighten out their loan approval (Conventional vs. FHA, etc.) and Tracy managed to get us through it all. Tracy also gave us good advice on what to do to the unit in order to get it on the market, without spending more money or time than needed. She was able to stage the condo for us, and her analysis of the comps enabled us to price the condo correctly and we had a buyer within 4 days. Overall it was a very good experience working with Tracy, and we highly recommend her. John

Tracy went above and beyond what most realtors would have done helping us sell a $900,000 home and purchase another house. We cannot recommend her enough. She listened to us and found the buyers and the right house for us.

Tracy is very easy to work with. Understanding and helpful in every way

Working with Dawn has been an absolute gift. She’s the kind of realtor who immediately puts you at ease—outgoing, approachable, and genuinely invested in the people she serves. Her diligence shows up in every detail: the thoughtful communication, the follow‑through, and the way she anticipates needs before you even voice them. What really sets Dawn apart is her heart. She’s just plain wonderful—caring in a way that can’t be faked, steady in moments that feel overwhelming, and consistently present with a warmth that makes the entire process feel supported and human. Dawn is the rare professional who blends expertise with true compassion. She doesn’t just help you find a home; she makes the journey meaningful. We are so grateful we found her.
