We sold our deceased mom's condo/manor home, as part of her estate, and me and my two sisters were all on the deed, with me as the executor. Tracy did a great job communicating with the 3 of us through texts, and emails, and she was always available when we called with questions and/or information. She also did a great job coordinating everything, which can be difficult when working with 3 different people and ther spouses. We had some hurdles with the association like getting the correct paperwork and getting them to straighten out their loan approval (Conventional vs. FHA, etc.) and Tracy managed to get us through it all. Tracy also gave us good advice on what to do to the unit in order to get it on the market, without spending more money or time than needed. She was able to stage the condo for us, and her analysis of the comps enabled us to price the condo correctly and we had a buyer within 4 days.
