Mike reached out to me early on in my home buying experience, before I really understood the process to come. He quickly began to inform me of the procedures ahead and effectively communicated the steps to take and how to complete them. We met weekly, usually at home tours. My buying process took over 6 months due to the market at the time and Mike was more than helpful keeping me informed on housing trends, prices, new properties, good deals, bad deals, tips and tricks, etc. He is an absolute professional of the trade with years and years of experience. We first had Michelle come out to our house and give an appraisal. We weren’t ready to sell, but she was able to talk us into fixing a few things up and getting it on the market. We were very surprised at the appraisal she gave us. Higher than what we thought. ( we also had 2 offers in just one day and we took the offer that was the best. Sold for over what we were asking.) What a great feeling to know the hard work we put into getting the house ready to sell paid off. She’s been an agent for 20 years and I can see why she’s the best in the business, she sure knows her stuff. She was always very quick to respond to a text message and keeping us very well informed on every process we were going through on both buying and selling the two houses.
