Robert always responds in a timely manner and he either knows the answer to our question or he finds out and let's us know. The first time we ever dealt with him, we called on short notice and asked to see a property at a very specific time and he enthusiastically agreed. We had asked an agent who we worked with previously and she was unavailable. Robert was always available when we needed him.

I met with Luke after seeing his sign on a different property. We had a great initial conversation in which he really listened to what I was looking for in a piece of hunting property. After taking some notes, Luke told me wouldn't be contacting me unless it met the criteria we had discussed. Over a few months, we looked at a couple of pieces that weren't quite what I had in mind but they were close. He called me with another piece of property and I happened to be out of town. The day after I got back we had an appointment to look at the property. It checked all the boxes we had discussed and after a short negotiation with the seller I purchased the property.
