Sue went far above and beyond my expectations for a realtor. Got me far more than I ever imagined for the home I sold but even better was her drive to get us the home of our dreams! (Which she succeeded in!) I would absolutely recommend her!

I met with Luke after seeing his sign on a different property. We had a great initial conversation in which he really listened to what I was looking for in a piece of hunting property. After taking some notes, Luke told me wouldn't be contacting me unless it met the criteria we had discussed. Over a few months, we looked at a couple of pieces that weren't quite what I had in mind but they were close. He called me with another piece of property and I happened to be out of town. The day after I got back we had an appointment to look at the property. It checked all the boxes we had discussed and after a short negotiation with the seller I purchased the property. I would recommend Luke to anyone looking for land. He cares, is very responsive, and an all- around great agent!

Ann was a joy to partner with not only in purchasing our home but also in selling it! She was personable, knowledgeable, and organized, and took the time to understand our needs throughout the listing process and beyond. Communication and transparency were evident as any questions we had were addressed very quickly and professionally. All in all, our experience could not have been more positive and stress-free.
