Audra helped us draw up the offer and advised us well on how to proceed from there; she was there for us every step of the way. From inspection to closing, she had our backs. Though we didn't need help with financing, Audra knew where to go if we did. She's knowledgeable, thoughtful, and honest--three qualities we really valued in this relationship.
