Audra helped us through the process of getting exactly what we wanted when we weren't sure that we were going to find it. We were very specifically looking for a condo or home as close to downtown Madison as possible that was within our budget and was move-in ready. We'd been looking fairly casually on our own, but knew that we needed expert help. On the referral of a friend who had worked with her, we got in contact with Audra. The meeting was great, and she prepared us for a perhaps months-long relationship with her as our agent. We were ready for that. Because of her knowledge of the market and her investment in finding us a home, we found a condo close to downtown that fit all of our needs (and wants, which is not always the case) within a week and a half of our meeting with her. Audra helped us draw up the offer and advised us well on how to proceed from there; she was there for us every step of the way. From inspection to closing, she had our backs. Though we didn't need help with financing, Audra knew where to go if we did. She's knowledgeable, thoughtful, and honest--three qualities we really valued in this relationship.

Ryan had been recommended to us through a friend of a friend. We were told that he was able to find them a home in three months, while they were searching from out of state. Moving to Wisconsin from the east coast could have made the process challenging for us, thankfully because we worked with Ryan, it wasn't. Before our weekend visit to look at houses and during the entire process Ryan was very responsive to communications, helping us sort out which houses we should look at on the single weekend we had available to do so. For us, we were incredibly thankful that Ryan was able to devote the entire weekend we were in town to search for our home. There was a lot of good faith on Ryan's part to take an entire weekend away from his family to meet with first time homebuyers who may or may not purchase a home right away. Being first time home buyers we had so many questions, and then more questions. Ryan's local knowledge was impressive and he always gave straightforward and honest answers about properties, locations, resale values, etc. If for some reason there was a question he didn't know the answer to he always found out and got back to us quickly. He took the time to talk us through the process, teach us about home buying, and calm our nerves. Ryan wanted us to find the right house for us, not just a house. He wanted us to find and get something we loved. It made us feel like he was equally invested in our future happiness. After the closing, Ryan went above and beyond. We still wouldn't be moving into the home for a month and a half, and he checked in on the house, had the lawn mowed so we wouldn't be fined, and put a dehumidifier into the basement, a necessity to keeping it dry. We are so incredibly thankful for his kindness, work ethic and support.
