I came across Fred because of a bad experience with another realtor, I was unsure at first but put my trust in him to successfully market and sell 18 condos that I was building, Fred kept me informed of everything that was going on and was very informative thru out the whole process. At one point we couldn't build them fast enough as he was pre selling them at an incredible rate. I have used Fred for other real estate deals since the completion of this project and keep in contact with him weekly for anything else that comes along.
