At our first meeting, Monica was very professional & knowledgeable. Very easy to talk to and she explained the process in a way that I could understand. That is the reason I chose her to be my realtor. Very pleasant to work with, easy going and she helped calm my nervousness during the process. I would say that the only thing that was frustrating to me were some communication problems and misunderstanding of the showing process. She was at times difficult to reach when I had questions, she would tell me that she would call back ‘in a bit’ sometimes ended up being several hours and she would text instead of calling. There was a miscommunication on how many the days the showings would be, but everything worked out very well in the end. The closing went smoothly and I feel she negotiated the best price for my home.
