There is so much that goes into getting a house and I would be completely lost if it were not for Terri! She helped me understand every step of the process and was always available when I had questions. She is always prompt with her responses and very detailed with her answers. You can tell she has a lot of experience, she knows what questions to ask and how to negotiate terms with other agents so you are able to get the best outcome. She was able to help me get my roof replaced before closing, which was phenomenal! She also made sure to follow up with me after closing to make sure everything was going well. She didn’t just leave after the sale was done. She is committed to her work, does an excellent job, and I would highly recommend her!

Terri and her team are great at what they do. Terri was my agent to sell my house and purchase this house. I got more for my home than expected due to her negotiating. I sold the home in one weekend!
