Because of her ability to listen to our desires and to go above and beyond for her buyers, we put an offer in on the second house we looked at (first day of looking) and had our offer accepted in 24 hours, despite numerous other offers from others. She then helped us get our old house ready to sell with staging, setting us up with her connections to contractors, and listing our house to sell for as much as we could. Within 36 hours of listing we had over 30 showings and accepted an offer. She was extremely communicative throughout the whole process and was able to assist us with advice when we asked for it. We ended up making a great profit on our old home and purchased our new home for under asking. We absolutely love our new home and are so grateful that we had the opportunity to purchase it.
