Steve was the best! Patient and attentive to our needs. Found us the right house at a great price! Sold our house over asking price too! He always answered my calls no matter what and he was great with the kids too.

Pat handled both the purchase of our new home and sale of our home. We could not have made a better choice! Pat’s knowledge of the process was invaluable. She walked us through every step. No matter what questions we had, she always took the time to explain things to us. Pat is aware of what is going on currently in the market and because of that she got us the best possible price for each our buy and sale. Pat was available it seemed for 24 hours a day.. lol.. we were very fortunate to have as our agent. I would recommend her for anyone either buying or selling a home.

If you are looking for a relator who genuinely cares about putting you and your family in the right home that you can afford, I HIGHLY recommend Sarah Bozue-Toso. As a newly divorced mother of two, I had no idea where to even begin or if it was possible for me to purchase my own home. I was very fortunate to have found Sarah. She explained everything to me from start to finish, helped me find a lender who worked with and guided me through the entire process, a good inspector and recommended a great attorney for the closing. When looking for the right home, Sarah helped me find only the ones that would work us and inspected them herself at every visit. Sarah would check every inch of every room and at one point, I even caught her pulling out the furnace filter and looking behind the water heater while in her high heels with a flashlight. She was so attentive my every question and need. When we found the perfect home for us, Sarah surprised us by decorating my girls "secret hideout" in their new house and they LOVED it. Never once during the process did I feel lost. I was in good hands with Sarah and truly felt like I couldn’t have done this without her guidance. We have been in our home for almost a year and the house everything we could’ve asked for. From time to time, Sarah calls or texts to check in on us, the house and sometimes I find little treats on our front porch for us. Sarah was a huge part of helping us rebuild and helped me achieve my own feeling of independence. If you couldn’t figure it out by reading my review, I highly recommend Sara Bozue -Toso. If you are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, talented and trustworthy real estate agent, Sarah is the girl to call!

People are afraid to sell their house and move, not only because moving is such a stressful event, but also because they may be afraid that their house may not sell!! That was me for many years. But when you work with the right agent, they can really help you overcome that fear. When we met Raquel, she was confident! If she said your house will sell, believe me you, it will sell because she will make sure it sells. For us, it only took 7 days! Raquel sold our house in 7 days!!! She gave us her professional advice on what we needed to do to get our house ready and she gave us her professional advise on the listing price. Simply put, SHE IS A PROFESSIONAL AND AN EXPERT IN HER FIELD. No need to look any further for a first class realtor! Your search ends here, with Raquel Ruby Melliza!

I worked with Steve on selling two of my properties in the past several months he went the extra mile and did little things like trim the bushes and fix the door that he didn't have to do I've never had a realtor do that before. Very professional he always got right back to me I would definitely refer him and will refer him and use him again
