Lissette was very helpful through out the entire process, since we were I first time home owners I had lots of questions which she answer, she went on and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend her.

I was put in contact with Sarah, from a work colleague back in 2015 to meet her over email and to set up a few search criteria to see what the market may have available. My wife and I were living in Chicago with our 2 boys, so Sarah is aware of the family element and the importance of finding the right home, the right schools, provided local contacts for service requirements if we need them. Sarah took both my wife and I on many viewings, in different towns and provided us with inputs on each home and local comparisons for homes that have sold, so we had any and all knowledge on what we were looking at, including her amazing negotiation skills. She assisted us during each phase of the purchase, from offer to acceptance and helped us out with any questions that we had during this time, as we are not experts in the real estate market. Sarah made our dreams come true and we have enjoyed the new home and our boys have loved it too. If we were to move again (which we are not going to do), we would use Sarah without question.

Working with Cathy Bier was such a pleasure! She is on top of every detail, communicates everything from feedback after a showing to all that is happening to close the sale. She listens, provides guidance and makes sure the details are understood. Thank you for working so hard on our behalf!
