I was put in contact with Sarah, from a work colleague back in 2015 to meet her over email and to set up a few search criteria to see what the market may have available. My wife and I were living in Chicago with our 2 boys, so Sarah is aware of the family element and the importance of finding the right home, the right schools, provided local contacts for service requirements if we need them. Sarah took both my wife and I on many viewings, in different towns and provided us with inputs on each home and local comparisons for homes that have sold, so we had any and all knowledge on what we were looking at, including her amazing negotiation skills. She assisted us during each phase of the purchase, from offer to acceptance and helped us out with any questions that we had during this time, as we are not experts in the real estate market. Sarah made our dreams come true and we have enjoyed the new home and our boys have loved it too. If we were to move again (which we are not going to do), we would use Sarah without question.

She was very tolerant of our sometimes demanding and impatient ways. Amy was very diplomatic about informing us of how real-estate negotiating goes sometimes, and calmed our ruffled feathers. She enthusiastically does her research and can present her findings in an intelligent, but easy to understand way. We were anti-realtors before Amy, and that's why we chose to sell our house "by owner" on Zillow, but in the process of choosing our new home we found Amy to be a valuable asset and will contact her if we ever need to buy or sell real-estate again.

Jerry is amazing! He worked diligently from the time we listed the house, until closing.
