He challenged me when touring homes to look beyond the house, but how it made me feel… did it feel like home? Brandon utilized his network of professionals to help with financing and closing. He didn’t try and sway my decision and was very supportive when I made the decision on my now home. When I made the decision to make an offer I fully expected to pay the full price listed, however with his expert knowledge of the market Brandon made a lower offer that was accepted! He made personalized short videos to instruct me about the paperwork with an explanation on what I was signing and followed up with a call or text. During the final walkthrough we discovered the closet doors weren’t hung as promised and with one phone call to the sellers agent he secured funds to purchase them so there wouldn’t be any delays in closing…impressive. He always looked out for my best interests. Brandon was very patient with me during this nearly year long process and he is a delight to work with and went above and beyond to help me. I wanted to be able to give 5 stars, I know I have a bit of patience issues, but communication was less than impressive, a lot of mistakes were made. Would ask questions and would wait hours if not days to hear a response, regardless of what it was about. Last minute closing cost IE mobile notary when it was extremely clear from the beginning that I would not be present for closing. Things aligned by the grace of god but far to many communication inconsistencies and lack of understanding in what our intentions were as sellers.
