My experience with Sona Davidian has been exceptional. She has been my number one go-to person for anything to do with real estate. Beginning with my Pelham Manor house, she handled the situation adroitly. First she helped me rent it because I moved suddenly and then she took care of every imaginable detail to get it sold because I was out of state. She reinvigorated me to step up the pressure and the house was sold in two months. Now, years later, with my Dobbs Ferry house, Sona came to the rescue again. I never even considered another broker. In the last inning, hours before the closing, when there was a question of bad pipes, she entered the house herself and took care of the job. The closing stayed on schedule for the same day.
