She helped us find the right houses to look at and gave us information about them ahead of time to ensure we didn't go to houses that seemed like they fit our needs, but had some issue that we hadn't anticipated. Diana helped us understand what to look for in every house we looked at, going well beyond what we had been able to learn by reading books and listening to podcasts about buying a home. Once we found the right home and decided to move forward, Diana handled the whole process from start to finish. She did an excellent job of staying on top of the sellers realtor and working together with our entire team of professionals assisting with the home buying process. She helped us find our forever home and is absolutely my first recommendation for anyone looking to buy or sell property.

We met Grace when looking at a property which she was selling. It (the property) didn't meet our needs, but she(Grace) certainly did! We had our eye on a different place - which we eventually bought - and she was a helpful, teaching, caring person, who provided knowledge,expertise and guidance though the negotiation process, right up to closing.
