We are first time sellers and Maria could not have been more patient, responsive, helpful and knowledgeable! She guided us through every stage of the process and was able to get us multiple offers in less than one week. She never rushed us or made us feel stressed about selling our house or the negotiation process. We appreciated all of Maria’s gentle suggestions and her professionalism and would recommend her to all buyers and sellers!

Barb has repeatedly proven herself to be everything anyone could possibly ask for in a realtor. She was tireless in helping us find the right home when we moved to Peekskill, consistently offering valuable advice on what to look for and what to avoid. Her knowledge of the market was incredible, and she never failed to impress us with her competence, her professionalism, and her compassion. When it came time for us to leave Peekskill a few years later, Barb was just as helpful in helping us sell that house and find our new home. Buying and selling real estate is never going to be painless, but working with Barb makes it as easy as it can possibly be. She is a truly amazing individual.
