Thanks to her advice to make it appealing, my home sold immediately for considerably higher than I listed. The first family that saw it bought it. I am grateful. Pam helped with scheduling and coordinating inspections. She was always on top of everything. I never had to follow up. She handled everything and always kept me informed.
